8k8 com login Terms & Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 8k8 com login platform — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or placing any bet — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not create or maintain an account. These Terms apply to all users of 8k8 com login regardless of how they access the platform, including through the mobile website or the Android app.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 8k8 com login, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines.
• You are registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in creating or using this account.
• You are not a person excluded from online gaming under applicable Philippine law or self-exclusion arrangements.

8k8 com login reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable policies.

03 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may only hold one account on 8k8 com login. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information.
• Promptly update your details if any information changes.
• Keep your username, password, and OTP confidential and secure.
• Notify the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account, whether or not you personally authorised those activities. If you fail to maintain the security of your login credentials, 8k8 com login cannot be held liable for any resulting losses.

The platform also requires identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and possibly other supporting documents. Accounts that fail or refuse KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawal until verification is completed.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on 8k8 com login are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No other currency is accepted, and there are no currency conversion requirements for Filipino players.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (including Instapay and PESONet-enabled banks). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted payment methods for gaming transactions on this platform.

• All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own verified name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and security review.
• The platform reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation if transactions are flagged as suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your account.

05 Game Play & Betting Rules

All game outcomes on 8k8 com login are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live casino, by real-time dealer-run processes. The platform does not manipulate outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.

By using the gaming services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Winning is never guaranteed. All games and bets carry a risk of loss.
• Past results do not predict or influence future outcomes.
• Specific rules governing each game type — including return-to-player rates, minimum and maximum bet sizes, and payout structures — are available within the respective game interface or section page.
• Technical malfunctions void all associated bets. The platform will not honour bets or outcomes resulting from a verified system error.

Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the event in question. After this period, all results are considered final and are no longer subject to review.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 8k8 com login and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools that interact with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in poker or live table games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or the payment system.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment accounts.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent promotions, limits, or suspensions.

The platform actively monitors for irregular activity. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be restricted without prior notice while an investigation is conducted.

07 Responsible Gaming

8k8 com login is an entertainment platform. Gaming should be enjoyable and done within the limits of what you can comfortably afford to spend. We do not promise or imply that any player can consistently profit from gaming on this platform.

08 Privacy & Data Use

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on 8k8 com login, you consent to the data practices described in that document.

In summary, your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

09 Modifications to Terms

8k8 com login reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any updates have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

8k8 com login reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity is detected.
• KYC verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed subject to the standard verification requirements.
